Ali: "Mommy, do you want to hear a joke?"
Me: "Sure."
Ali: "O.k., what do you get if you have gold plus gold?"
Me: "I don't know......what do you get if you have gold plus gold?"
Ali: "Goldishy!" Followed by 5 year old daughter's hysterical laughter.
I don't get it.
But, of course, I laughed right along with her.
Finally, Ali followed up with: "I'm not really finished making up the joke yet. I'm still working on it."
Really? I couldn't tell. To me, it was perfect.
I love their knock knock jokes. I have to start writing some down. It cracks me up when they make themselves laugh and it doesn't make any sense.
ReplyDeleteCute. My kids are always making up jokes that make absolutley no sense which actually makes them so funny! I think what makes me laught most is just seeing how funny they think they are after telling the joke. All the giggling is so cute. :)
